While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "cookies") to keep the site secure, understand how visitors use it, and — when you let us — measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can review or change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page of our marketing site.
Essential cookies. Required for the site to load
securely. These include Cloudflare's security cookies (e.g.
__cf_bm, cf_clearance) that protect against
bots, fraud, and DDoS attacks, and authentication cookies set by Supabase
when you sign in to a portal (agents, clients, investors, internal
dashboards). Without essential cookies the site cannot function. These do
not require consent and cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies (off by default). Google Analytics 4
(G-RE1BZN94TG, set via Google Tag Manager
GTM-T6LKF4LJ) records anonymous usage data — which pages are
viewed, how long visitors stay, what they click. Identifiers are
pseudonymous; we do not send your name, email address, or any account
identifier to Google Analytics. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics
for similar purposes. These cookies only set after you accept Analytics in
the cookie banner.
Marketing cookies (off by default). Google Ads cookies used for remarketing (showing relevant insurance options on other Google-owned properties you visit later) and conversion measurement (so we can tell which ad campaigns lead to quote requests). These only set after you accept Marketing in the cookie banner.
We implement Google's Consent Mode v2 framework. Before you make a choice, all analytics + advertising tags are pre-configured to run in "denied" mode, which means Google receives anonymized, cookieless signals rather than full tracking data. When you grant consent, the tags retroactively unlock and apply your preferences. If you decline, no personalized advertising or detailed analytics cookies are set.
When you make a choice via the cookie banner or settings modal, we record an audit entry to our internal database so we can demonstrate compliance if asked. The audit entry contains: a pseudonymous device identifier (a random UUID generated in your browser — not tied to your name, email, or any account), your choice (accept all / decline all / customize), the per-category decisions, your browser's user agent (truncated), the URL where you made the choice, and a timestamp. The record contains no personal identifying information and is stored separately from any portal account data. It is append-only — even Geneva administrators cannot edit a past consent record.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) header with requests. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals directly. Instead, we provide the consent controls described above, which give you finer-grained control over which categories of cookies are set.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Marketing cookies will be set to "denied" automatically when GPC is detected, even if you have not interacted with the cookie banner.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the following rights:
To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Rights Request" and include enough detail for us to verify your identity (full name, address, and email or phone number associated with the request). We will respond within 45 days as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Insurance records may be retained for the period required by applicable state and federal regulations.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
