25+ carriers and a specialty desk
Standard, specialty, and surplus-lines access means you rarely have to say "we can’t write that." The hard risk you’d normally turn away becomes business here. Practice groups in transportation, exotics dealers, security firms, and real estate investors let you sell expertise instead of competing on price.
Modern operations, no paper
An agent portal with your book and commissions in real time, automated data pipelines, same-day COIs — the administrative drag that eats producer hours mostly doesn’t exist. Licensed in 12 states, with new states added quickly when business justifies it.
Who we’re looking for
Licensed P&C or L&H producers with a niche or a book; newer producers with drive (licensed or working toward it); remote self-starters who treat the book as the scoreboard.
Compensation, stated plainly
Geneva is commission-based, and the split is built to win producers: competitive with the best independent agencies and significantly better than captive compensation — no corporate brand taking the lion’s share of what you produce, and no office overhead quietly subsidized out of your split. Renewals keep paying you as your book compounds, exact splits are disclosed in writing in the first conversation, and your commissions are visible in real time in the agent portal.
How it works

If there’s a fit: a real conversation, then licensing, carrier appointments, E&O, and portal access, then you produce with the specialty desk and advisory framework behind you.
