Before a claim
The best claims experience starts before the loss. Geneva reviews your coverage, deductibles, endorsements, and limits so there are fewer surprises later. We flag the gaps that quietly cost clients tens of thousands when an uncovered loss happens — sewer backup, ordinance or law, replacement cost accuracy, scheduled property limits, water damage exclusions — and recommend the upgrades worth making before you ever need to file.
During a claim
When a claim happens, we help you understand the process and stay organized. You should not have to figure out the next step alone. We help you document the loss, file with the correct carrier department, coordinate with the adjuster, and push back when something does not add up. Our job is to keep your interests represented from first notice of loss through final settlement.
After a claim
After resolution, we review how the claim may affect future coverage, pricing, deductibles, and carrier options. If your premium is going to move materially, we shop the market again and present alternatives before your renewal — not after — so you have real options instead of a take-it-or-leave-it renewal notice.
Independent agency, claims advocate
Captive agents work for one carrier. We do not. Because Geneva is independent, our role is to advocate for you with the carrier — not the other way around.
