How We Work

A belief only matters if you can watch it happen

We believe everyone deserves a partner on the other side of the policy. Here is how that belief becomes a process: the four steps every engagement runs, how we are paid, and the promise we make before we start.

The Geneva Risk Review

Every Geneva engagement runs the same four steps. Listen: a real conversation about your home, vehicles, business, family, and assets — before anyone mentions a carrier. Audit: your current policies, read line by line, against your real exposures. Advise: a clear recommendation with side-by-side options and our honest view of what we would choose and why — and if the right answer is "stay where you are," we say so. Review: annual reviews, proactive updates, and claims advocacy when something happens.

How we are paid — and why your advice costs $0

When a policy is placed, the carrier pays Geneva a commission for placing and servicing it. Our advice, comparisons, reviews, and claims support cost you $0 — carriers pay us, not you. Because we are independent and paid comparably across our 25+ A-rated carriers, the recommendation does not change based on what we can sell you. Read how insurance agents get paid for the full economics.

Radical transparency

You will see every option we quote side-by-side — carrier, price, and what each one actually covers — explained in plain language before you sign anything. The standard we pursue on every review is a cheaper policy or better coverage; when we cannot find either, we tell you that, too.

The Geneva Promise

We show you every option we quote, side-by-side. We explain your coverage in plain language before you sign. We tell you the truth — even when the truth is "stay where you are." We are open about how we are paid. We do not pressure. And we stay after binding: claims advocacy and annual reviews are part of the deal.
